SecretHomes™ Territory Partner Trial — Refund Policy
Effective: 17 August 2026
Payments made to SecretHomes™ to secure a Territory Partner position for the 90-day trial are subject to the following refund policy.
Before the trial begins
Your payment reserves your approved territory for the SecretHomes™ Territory Partner Trial commencing 17 September 2026.
A full Territory Partner Trial Agreement will be provided prior to commencement of the trial.
If, after reviewing the full Trial Agreement, you do not agree to its terms and choose not to proceed, you may request a full refund of your trial payment, provided your request is made before the trial commences on 17 September 2026.
Your territory will then be released and may be offered to another agent.
Change of mind
Once you have accepted the full Trial Agreement and the trial has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable for change of mind.
If SecretHomes cannot provide your approved territory
If SecretHomes™ is unable to provide the territory that was confirmed and paid for, and an acceptable alternative cannot be agreed, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Requesting a refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to SecretHomes™ and include the name and email address used when securing the territory.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
