Request deletion of your account and associated user data.
Delete your account in the app
If you can access your SecretHomes account, you can delete it from your profile settings. Open SecretHomes, go to your profile, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps.
This permanently deletes your account, profile, homes, matches, and related account records. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, email us from the email address used for your SecretHomes account. Use the subject line Delete my SecretHomes account and include the account email address in your message.
What happens next
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period after we verify the request. When your account is deleted, we also delete user data associated with that account.
Some limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, regulatory, or legitimate business reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.
